Webliography #4
Core Knowledge is a site that I found and it is an organization that provides a curriculum for schools around the country. This organization provides teacher, parents, and students an idea that there should be an understood core curriculum that is being taught throughout our schools to ensure that the kids are being taught the proper materials for their ages. This site was good because it has a nice curriculum that teachers can use and the site contains stories and lessons in word or PDF format for the teachers to use in their classroom.

I like this website. I recommends a cirriculum that is needed for all children. In other words it makes learning more universal to anyone, not just to those in the US either.
I liked the way that the site gave a list of the types of curriculum each grade should be learning. I think that teachers can look at that chart and try to implement some of those topics into the general curriculum that is being taught, even if it is as a substitution method. I would have loved to cover some of those topics while attending elementary school.
This site has a lot of information! I like all of the resources it gives from curriculum to job postings! This could be very helpful when college comes to an end!
